Grey and chilly

okey, 1 week and no gym.. today is the day for returning to the fun! I had a look through my facebook pictures from the last 2 years.. I really have put on a lot of weight! It's funny how you just don't notice until you look back..

Since the last post
I ate an entire terry's chocolate orange for breakfast yesterday.. there is something going wrong.. It was so good but now I am feeling so guilty!

I was really out of order with my boss on Friday and basically said in so many words I don't think I want to work here anymore?! Not a great thing to say when you have just got a pay rise ey? Shit! fucking 1st world problems! - 'The best way to enjoy the job your doing is to imagine yourself without one' so I did and yeh, now I am feeling extra specially guilty about my poor performance in the sales meeting Friday and really need to gather all my toys up off the ground and stop throwing them when I don't get my own way!

and well.. I think I am officially an alchoholic! - I drank for 4 nights in the row and then in my hungover mess on Sunday was craving a glass of the pretty red stuff by lunch time?! ooops.. don't get me wrong I am not drinking myself to sleep and trying to find solice at the bottom of a litre of whisky but yeah.. I like my vino and it likes my hips!

So, Today it starts all over again - detoxing, dieting and no more excuses!


Breakfast - scrambled eggs, 2 x bacon (fat cut off) + 2 x coffee, white with sweetener
Weight - 160 lbs (3 pounds more that when I started)
